Scope of Services
7Protech IT Solutions agrees to provide IT services as outlined in the service agreement or proposal, including but not limited to software development, network setup, maintenance, and consulting
Payment Terms
Clients shall make payments as per the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and trade secrets disclosed during the course of service delivery
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, all custom-developed software and tools remain the intellectual property of 7Protech IT Solutions until full payment is received
Limitation of Liability
7Protech IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Specific performance metrics, uptime guarantees, and response times will be defined in a separate SLA document, which forms part of these terms.
Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination fees may apply depending on the nature and progress of services rendered
